AUTHORISATION FOR USE OF YOUR PHOTO OR VIDEO IMAGE
- Associazione Italiana di Studi Bizantini with headquarters in Venice, Santa Croce 468B, 30135 (hereunder also referred to as “AISB” or the “Data Controller“) for the 24th International Congress of Byzantine Studies (hereunder the “Congress”), which will take place at Venice and Padua from August 22nd, 2022 to August 27th, 2022, will record audiovisual material and take photographs containing images and/or voices of those present during such recording (hereinafter “Audio-Video Content”);
- the Audio-Video Content will be used only and exclusively for institutional purposes of the Data Controller. Participant,
AUTHORISES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 10 OF THE ITALIAN CIVIL CODE, AND ART. 96 OF LAW 633/1941
the use, publication and dissemination of Audio-Video Content containing his/her own image.
Participant declares, therefore, under his/her own personal responsibility to be of legal age as well as owner of all rights, including those of economic exploitation, relating to the Audio-Video Content, and to be aware and accept that the same or part thereof:
– will be published on the Congress’ website (https://byzcongress2022.org/) and/or AISB’s website (http://www.studibizantini.it/), or in documents, brochures and pamphlets intended for distribution outside AISB for purposes of institutional representation in magazines and/or any type of digital and/or paper support; – will be published on social-media platforms of the Congress and/or of AISB (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.).;
– will be published in documents, brochures and pamphlets intended for distribution outside AISB for purposes of institutional representation in magazines and/or any type of digital and/or paper support.
AISB furthermore points out that it accepts no responsibility for cases of improper and/or illicit use of the images, possibly by third parties, declining all liability in this regard.
Participant also acknowledges that the use of his/her own image and the transfer of the Audio-Video Content is considered free of charge, and confirm that I have nothing to claim by reason of the above, and irrevocably renounce any right, action or claim arising from what I have authorized above. I also confirm I have read the data-protection notice pursuant to Art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016.
